P1: HAIR

It is best that your natural hair is completely healthy and at least shoulder length for service.

Please be on time. After 10 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation. 

Please do not book on time sensitive days. 
A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee in the amount of $52.60 is required to reserve an appointment
Cancellation should be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 
Cancelling less than 48 hours, same day cancellation, and no call no shows will result in client banning.
A minimum notice of 48 hours is required to reschedule. 
A new retainer fee in the amount of $52.60 must be paid for a rescheduled date. 
Failure to make new payment will result in client banning.

We ask that you arrive alone and relaxed. 
The space is intentionally quiet to create a peaceful experience. 
Please share any questions or concerns before leaving so we can ensure satisfaction.
To maintain quality and consistency, we are unable to accommodate: Sleeping, Slouching, Leaning, Head Down, Tender scalp/sensitivity, Impatience, Excessive movement, Monitoring, Camera checking
If these guidelines are not a fit, we completely understand and can refer you to a local stylist. 
Our goal is to simply deliver pritty results.

P3: CLIENT CARE

PREPARE BEFORE THE CHAIR

  • You will receive a confirmation email detailing the time, date, and location of your appointment.

    Please ensure that you provide the correct name, phone number and email

    The space is calm, peaceful, and very quiet. Please enjoy this time to unwind and recharge your mind.

    Please refrain from arriving with any illness, bad vibes, or extra guests.

    Unfortunately, We do not service kids.

    all services scheduled outside of business hours, will incur a fee of $25 or $40 added to the service depending on the date and time requested or our availability

  • your natural hair should be completely healthy and at least shoulder length to ensure the best results.

    arrive freshly shampooed and thoroughly blow dried. please do not add any oils or leave in conditioner to your hair.

    We do not service unsanitary hair.

    A Fresh Relaxer on the Roots of your hair is required if you are Not Natural.

    used hair extensions must be free of all residue, thoroughly shampooed, unraveled and completely dried prior to your appointment

    We do not offer blow drying services during appointments

  • Bundles must be all of the same lengths, example: 20in 20in 20in

    Straight hair is required for styles that want to be worn Straightened or Crimped

    Body wave hair is recommended for body Curls, waves and crimps

    Lace must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Example: Saturday Appointment, Wednesday drop off

    Address and instructions will be sent to client shortly after booking

    5X5 or 2×6 HD Closure

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (example: if your appt is 5pm Friday, you will need to reschedule no later than 5pm Wednesday)

    Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit of $52.60 must be paid to reschedule to a new day.

    Reschedule limit: Only one reschedule is allowed with a new deposit paid in the amount of $52.60 sent to cash app $thehairtransformer

    If a client cancels or fails to show up to the rescheduled date, all payments will forfeit and client will be banned from our booking system indefinitely.
